Employers are required to furnish accurate and comprehensive information about job openings, including detailed job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details. We prioritize job postings that adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our platform by thoroughly reviewing job postings for authenticity and adherence to our guidelines.


Job Applications

Job seekers utilizing our platform must provide truthful and accurate information in their applications. b. Employers are prohibited from posting different salary details for the same job vacancy on other platforms, causing discrepancies and confusion among job seekers.

c. Employers are expected to maintain consistency in their job postings across different platforms to ensure fairness and transparency.

d. Any discrepancies found in salary details or other important job information may result in appropriate actions being taken by the platform.

e. Employers found to be posting different salary details on different platforms may face warnings, suspension, or removal of their job postings from our platform.

f. Repeated violations may result in the termination of the employer's account on our platform.


Platform Usage

While we make every effort to maintain a high level of uptime, there may be occasional disruptions due to technical issues or maintenance requirements. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the platform at any time, and in such cases, we will notify users of any significant changes or closures. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.


Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including logos, graphics, and text, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or copying any content without obtaining explicit permission from the administrators of the platform. b. Fraudulent Opportunities- Job postings that are misleading, deceptive, or involve fraudulent activities are not allowed on our platform. This includes pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, money laundering schemes, or any other fraudulent schemes or activities.

c. Offensive or Discriminatory Content- Job postings that contain discriminatory language, hate speech, or offensive content based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristics are strictly prohibited. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment for all users.

h. Spam or Unsolicited Offers- Job postings that are considered spam, chain letters, unsolicited offers, or any form of bulk communication that lacks relevance or personalization are not permitted on our platform. We strive to maintain a high-quality and personalized experience for our users.

Job seeker protection

Employers are strictly prohibited from asking job seekers to pay any fees during the application process. This includes fees for background checks, training, equipment, or any other costs associated with the job. This policy is in place to ensure that job seekers are not taken advantage of and do not have to pay any money to apply for a job. Any employer found violating this policy will be immediately removed from the platform and may face legal action. The platform takes this policy very seriously and will not tolerate any employer who tries to take advantage of job seekers by asking them to pay fees. Job seekers who encounter employers asking for fees or membership in order to apply for a job are encouraged to report the activity to the platform's customer support team. The platform takes all reports of this nature seriously and will investigate any claims of fraudulent activity.

Communication Expectations

At Maroset Platform, we value open and transparent communication between employers and applicants. Timely and respectful communication is essential for creating a positive and efficient hiring process. Employers should aim to respond to job applications within 5 business days. We encourage employers to prioritize timely communication to maintain a professional and efficient hiring process. Employers are expected to acknowledge the receipt of job applications promptly. This helps applicants know that their application has been received and is being considered. Employers who have shortlisted or hired should immediately close the vacancy without meandering new applicants.

Employers should provide regular updates to applicants regarding the status of their application. This can include informing applicants about the progress of the hiring process, any changes in timelines, or if their application is no longer under consideration. Employers are encouraged to provide constructive feedback to applicants, even if they are not selected for the position. This feedback can help applicants improve their future job applications and enhance their professional growth. Employers who consistently fail to respond to applicants without a valid reason may receive a warning from Maroset Platform.

In case of continued non-responsiveness, employers' accounts may be temporarily suspended, preventing them from accessing the platform and posting new job listings. If the use of non-responsiveness persists despite warnings and temporary suspensions, Maroset Platform reserves the right to permanently remove the employer's account from the platform.


Reporting Mechanism

Applicants who have not received a response from an employer within the specified timeframe can report the issue to Maroset Platform through our dedicated support/Feedback section. We take such reports seriously and will investigate the matter to ensure a fair and respectful experience for all users.


Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from the use of the platform, we promote open dialogue and encourage users to attempt resolution through negotiation and mediation. We believe in fostering positive communication and finding mutually agreeable resolutions. Should negotiations or mediations be unsuccessful, the dispute may be subject to binding arbitration as outlined by prevailing laws and regulations.


Indemnification

By using the platform, users accept the responsibility to indemnify and hold the platform administrators harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from their use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, claims resulting from actions or omissions, violations of our terms of service, disputes related to intellectual property, or any harm caused to third parties.
